Rachel Jaffe is the Digital Content & Metadata Librarian
at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she serves as the product
owner of the library’s DAMS development project, and as the primary resource
for non-MARC metadata design, structure and standards. She is currently
president of the California Academic and Research Libraries Association.
