Caryn Radick has worked as an archivist for more then ten years after a brief career as an editor. As digital archivist at Rutgers, her responsibilities include overseeing EAD mark-up, digitization projects, and public services and reference. She is interested in intersections between archives and fiction has written about and presented on this topic. She is currently investigating romance writers' use of archives for research for their stories.
