After graduation from the Case Western Reserve archival program I stayed in Cleveland, where I found a compatible position at the Clinic. I enjoy doing almost all facets of archival work, but end up spending most time on reference these days. Archivally I am interested in controlled vocabularies and international archives. Outside the archives there are so many interesting things in life: gardening (e.g., unusual roses & fragrance in plants); music (the entire history of sacred music, early music performance); family history; art history, including heraldry; local history; archaeology (esp. Middle East); and above all, eating good food.
