The panelists explore how repositories are providing access to born-digital material and engaging researchers with electronic records. What tips, tools, and programs are repositories generating or using to help researchers access these types of records?  The speakers discuss current access models and how they collaborate with other staff members to have the necessary tools and proficiencies to serve electronic records across a variety of delivery methods and formats.
