Learn how this newly developed, open-source search portal addresses the research challenges of discovering archival and library materials created by or about African Americans and people of Black descent. Through a series of filtered searches based on race, gender, occupation, institutional affiliations, associated geographic place/nationality, and period of creative activity, researchers can now identify groups of creators and be lead rapidly to bibliographic and archival materials by or about them. Audience feedback and discussion are encouraged.
