Archives and archivists in many sectors face a rapidly evolving intellectual property landscape, both in proposed legislation and current litigation. The pace of change can make it a challenge to remain current. The panelists – all acknowledged experts in IP – report on the current status of evolving issues, including recent cases about fair use, legislative action on copyright, and international perspectives on archives and copyright.
